Refund and Return Policy

At Comfort Life Prescriptions, customer satisfaction and patient safety are our top priorities. We follow strict healthcare regulations while ensuring a fair and transparent process for refunds and returns.

Prescription Medications

Due to federal and state laws, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except in the following cases:

  • Dispensing Errors: If we make an error in filling your prescription, we will promptly correct it by issuing a replacement or full refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your medication arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

Reporting an Issue

  • Contact our Customer Care team at  info@comfortlifeprescriptions.com within 7 days of receipt.
  • Provide your prescription details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • Our team will guide you through the resolution process.
Over‑the‑Counter (OTC) Products
  • Returns: Unopened and unused OTC products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and resalable condition.
  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item and issued to the original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Non‑Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non‑returnable:

  • Opened OTC medications or health products
  • Special orders or custom‑prepared medications
  • Products marked as “final sale”
Order Cancellations
  • Prescription Orders: May be canceled before dispensing. Once filled, cancellations are not permitted.
  • OTC Orders: May be canceled if they have not yet shipped. Please contact us promptly to request cancellation.
Shipping Errors or Lost Packages
  • If an order is lost or damaged in transit, Comfort Life Prescriptions will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
